You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ECpages. Company listings must represent legitimate, lawful businesses, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an ECpages account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your ECpages ID and password.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Membership and Listings

ECpages offers Starter, Growth, and Enterprise membership tiers with different features and visibility. Company listings are activated manually after review to maintain directory quality, and we reserve the right to decline or remove listings that do not meet our standards.

5. Payments and Renewals

Paid memberships are billed on an annual basis. Fees are stated at the time of registration and are non-refundable except where required by law. Memberships may renew according to the terms presented at checkout, and you are responsible for managing your subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ECpages to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Send spam, harassing, or unlawful messages to other companies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the directory.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The ECpages platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Abbadai Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant ECpages a license to display and distribute it as needed to operate the directory.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ECpages is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of any company listing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECpages and Abbadai Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ECpages at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ECpages after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
